Nika Zusin
Co-Founder of Waters Way Studio & Retreat
A dedicated yoga teacher, Nika brings a wealth of experience to her practice, drawing from a 15-year career as a dancer and over a decade as a dance instructor. Throughout her journey, she witnessed the toll that overexertion and neglecting the body can take, observing how often dancers suffer injuries from pushing past their limits.
In 2012, Nika embarked on a transformative yoga journey that complemented her physical background while enriching her life on a deeper level. Through yoga, she discovered the healing power of meditation, asanas, mindfulness, and breathwork — practices that not only enhanced her strength but also nurtured emotional well-being and personal growth.
Today, Nika works with individuals of all ages and body types, blending a variety of yoga styles to meet her students where they are. Her mission is to help others integrate the insights gained on the mat into daily life, supporting a balanced, holistic approach to wellness.
Nika's Artist BIO
Nika Zusin is a Polish-American visual artist living in Florida whose work merges Abstract Expressionism, Constructivism, and Magical Realism into a deeply emotive and immersive experience. Her paintings invite viewers to lose themselves in rich landscapes of color and form, encouraging an emotional reconnection and a return to their most authentic selves.
Nika’s work has been showcased in galleries across the United States, Japan, Poland, and Ukraine, consistently moving audiences with its raw emotional resonance and distinctive visual language.
Inspired by body language, spoken word, rainfall, space, sound, and other artistic mediums, Nika creates pieces that speak directly to the soul. Her art is a sensory journey through emotion, identity, and transformation.

Agnieszka is a heart-led entrepreneur, mindfulness coach, and founder of B Please!, a wellness-focused skincare brand rooted in self-love, mindfulness, and natural beauty. Born in Poland and now based in sun-drenched Florida, she weaves together her passions for holistic wellness, emotional healing, and self-expression to create powerful spaces for women to reconnect with themselves.
With a background in mindfulness, Agnieszka brings calm clarity to the Waters Way experience. She leads grounding rituals, self-care workshops, and wellness sessions that incorporate modern healing modalities such as halotherapy (salt therapy), cryotherapy, and red light therapy. She also guides skincare workshops and teaches mindful skincare rituals using B Please! products, along with innovative face fitness techniques to elevate mood and naturally enhance the skin’s appearance.
Her deep love for nature, water, and community fuels her mission to guide others toward emotional balance and radiant well-being.
Gentle yet powerful, Agnieszka's presence reminds women that healing doesn’t have to be loud to be transformative. Her sessions are rooted in presence, intention, and simplicity—helping guests slow down, feel held, and return to their own inner wisdom.

Based in Chicago, Sophie has been organizing local workshops, women’s circles, and community events for years, believing deeply in the power of women to uplift one another. Her mission is to awaken women to their own inner strength and to show, through her personal story of losing 120 lbs, how self-love can completely transform a life.
Monika Lee
Life Coach & Guide
Monika is a veteran of the military and law enforcement who transformed her journey from masculine careers into her Path to Light. Now living in Florida as a successful realtor and life coach, she dedicates her work to helping women awaken their feminine divine and reconnect with their inner “I.”
Through her teachings on journaling, releasing, and mind detox practices, Monika creates sacred space for women to let go of what no longer serves them and discover the radiant light within. Her passion is guiding others to align with their true selves and walk confidently on their own divine path.
