Our Policy

At BPlease!, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read below for details on how to process a return or exchange.

Returns

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
  • Exchange for a Different Size/Color: Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at vbfashionllc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any related accessories or instruction manuals.
  3. Label and Ship: Affix the shipping label to the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged,
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
